I assume its the same as last year (#19, 20 relegated directly; #17, 18 go to playoffs). In the National B Apertura: Instituto (Cordoba) finished #1, San Martin (Mendoza) finished #2. In National B Clausura, after 15 rounds its: Argitinos Juniors #1, El_Porvenir #2 and Almagro #3. I'm not sure how it works though. Anyone? My guess is that the apertura and clausura winners automatically get promoted while the second-place finishers go to the playoffs with #17, 18 from the first-division!?
