A question for you. I see that you are in Chicago. Do you ever watch MLS or go to any Chicago Fire games?

Haha! Long story, sort of.

My daughter (who's now 12) has played soccer since she was 5, on a recreational team. Back then, I didn't watch soccer and wasn't really a fan, but youth soccer is big here in Texas.

In 2006, The Dallas Burn (whom I had never paid any attention to) moved to Frisco, TX, which is north of Dallas and fairly close to where we live (and changed their name). So we took our girls' soccer team to a game in 2006. And it was fun! So we started going to FC Dallas game and watching more soccer.

Now, I think it was February or March of 2007 when we went to the local soccer store, and they gave my daughter an Adidas poster, which happened to have Kaka on it. She, of course, found him to be REALLY cute, so we started watching AC Milan games. Of course, we were lucky enough to start watching the same season they won the Champions League! And we have been watching ever since. Of course, the "fun" has developed into an "addiction."

Yes, I do, but our cable system does not yet support espn360. However, FSC has been showing all of the AC Milan games, so I am happy. Plus, I do have the Spanish stations -- GolTV and ESPNDeportes, which show a lot of futbol, too.

Catfish.... I actually have always been partial to Villa for some reason, and since Dish Network dropped GolTV (boooo!!!!), I am stuck with FSC, so they became the one team I made sure I recorded. I have kept up with their progress for about 3 years, and when Freidel transferred there, it was a done deal. So I am a bit of a newbie really, but not so much a bandwagoner...

I had to find one since the otherone went away. I'm trying to stop by more often, but still a little busy.
