With Week Three gone, Seattle continues to dominate with a sweep of the top three this time around. It seems like it's a different three each week though. The rookie class still continues to impress compared to other years, but it is the experienced newcomers that continue to provide the biggest games. Still waiting to hear either a good or bad thing said about Bobby Convey over in San Jose, but from watching the games (glorious MLS Matchcenter) he's there but somewhat of a shadow of his former self. Though the offseason moves leading up to this Thursday's season opener haven't exactly been the most mindblowing, there is still a lot to look forward to in 2009. The following feature will show up every Tuesday in an effort to track the impact and play of each MLS "newcomer".
