Even someone basically unconnected to any given team (e.g. me) knows suffering when he sees it. Don’t know, in fact, how anyone even tangentially aware of New York’s 2009 season could help but recognize it as suffering that would have compelled Job to give up entirely on God. So, I’m tuning in tonight wishing a little happiness to the hearty New York fans who showed up at Giants’ Stadium tonight. And, sure, it’s possible someone out there is thinking this is New York at home and W Connection is some putzy team from a cluster of islands...

A couple days back, Red Bull New York announced that forward John Wolyniec will stay with the MLS Cup runners-up (or is it runner-ups?) through the 2009 season…assuming he doesn’t get traded mid-season.
