You know, since they're in countries with coasts and what not and the seas are all connected, they're technically eligible to play in the PPC.
I must be either bored or on some type of Diet Mountain Dew fueled spirit sweat/vision quest or something since I'm up at this God awful hour watching two teams I have no interest in play for a meaningless trophy.
It all started last week about this time when my mother broke her hip somehow. With the resulting surgery, consulting with various social workers, doctors, nurses, administrators, I finally figured out that CONCACAF is nominally funded by the American Nursing Home industry and is nothing more than a huge Medicare/MedicAid scam. At least that's what Chuck Blazer told me as he scarfed down a plate of veal and half a cask of Napoleon brandy.
Apparently by the time I started typing all this, LA managed to salvage a little bit of pride and pull out a 2-1 over Sydney of Le Hyundai A-League. So they have that going for them, which is nice...
It's also nice that they've signed Rocky Dennis to be their back up keep for this tournament. Looks like he's put together a couple of clean sheet 2nd halfs.
I'm sure to gets some hatemail from the craniodiaphyseal dysplasia people over that one. Ahh, who cares. if Family Guy can get away from it, so can America's Favorite Soccer blog.
Looks like Rico and Bare just traded goals. This is going to end up in a draw. Screw it, I'm going to bed and watch it tomorrow on the DVR.
WOW. What the ******** happened. Did Bare drop a couple of hits of Rohypnol into the water jug so he and the rest of the Osaka boys could all take a turn with you?
I'm not even going to watch the game on DVR now. I'm sure it makes the average beheading video out of Al-Qaeda look like a short that Walt Disney turned down because it was no nicey nice.
