There is a good store in Montreal (and they are on-line). I will see if I can find the address for you. However, I haven't purchased from them on-line (only been to their store in person).

for vancouver
there is Vancity Sports in downtown
near the Granville Skytrain Station (exit near The Bay)

they sell many decent jersey
e.g. england lampard jersey, and premiership jersey with premium badges and name ($160)

they claim they have the right to print names on back (except the liverpool font is those flurry one).

might be good to take a look.
