Harris Deciam Poll shows Lansdowne Favourite

Twenty per cent said they would support Lansdowne, compared to 16% for the Kanata stadium. Nearly a third (29%) said the city should help fund both proposals, while 31% said the city shouldn't contribute to either project.

The poll found about an equal number of Ottawans would likely attend CFL games at Lansdowne (32%) and MLS games in Kanata (31%) on a regular basis. The poll is based on 501 telephone interviews between April 4 and 7, and is accurate to within 4.4 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
While a third of Ottawans say the city should help fund both stadiums, it remains uncertain if the city will help pay for either.

I think this will be helpful. There was a sizable majority in favour of at least one stadium, and there is nothing more likely to get councilors attention than a more than 2:1 majority, and the first issue is to get them thinking in terms of building a stadium.
