what is it with these guys lately? actually it's been since last june it seems that someone put a sock into their collective mouths at the BMO and now the only noise i hear from them is on their website talking about what a proper firm they are, all these chants they're going to sing, how rough they'll make it for the opposition etc etc then at the stadium they're playbook consists of no more than 3 songs/chants and for the rest of the match they look like deers caught in the headlights. posers all of them.
thank god for the U-sector back there otherwise BMO wouldn't be too far off from the library at 40 bay st.

Speaking as a NEE member sitting right between 112/113 you couldn't be any more wrong. RPB have really shown up this year. They hold chants for at least a minute at a time and all of 112 get's involved (I gladly join in) The FCD game was much better then the Seattle game as a whole but before going on to praise Usector/113 it needs to be said that they have been disappointing compared to how they were 2 years ago. Back then they started chants that 112 wouldn't join in on now it's the other way around unless Zac decides to get on the horn and get them to join in. But 20 seconds later they are done and that's disappointing. There are some chants that do hold but not as many as their could be with more 113 involvement.

The real problem is the 'tourists' that have tickets in the supporters sections that are just there so that can say, "I was in the supporters section." these are the people who just SIT there a contribute nothing. The other problem is the drunkards who want to be their own capo and start chants in the middle of an already in progress chant.
I think once they expand BMO and make the Southend supporters only things will improve.
But yes, thank God for U Sector, and the Ultras, and the Firm, and Southside Jumpers, NEE, and TRN. It's all of us that make BMO the place that it is.

Again 113 is LITTERED with tourists. RPB are the only ones in the south bringing it every game and I am NOT a member I am a NEE member. When I go to 127 and look at the South I can hear and see 112 rocking non stop. usector is 2 rows going on and off.
I'm in no way a fan of RPB's out of game mentality but outside of the NEE they are the most united group and the section that is all together for the full 90 on game day and not just off and on.
Let's talk about road trips and who is showing up to them? No One from TRN goes to any outside of the Columbus game. Usector isn't sending a soul to DC. So all this thank God for everyone else when RPB and NEE seem to be the only groups actually giving it everything on game days home and away is in a word ignorant. I got respect for Usector but they are not the group from 2 years ago. And anyone that talks about the idiocy of the Capo stand should get a reality check. Without Zac there I could only imagine how quiet they would be. On their board they talk about not doing chants just for 20 seconds and stopping but on game day even chants they start they stop after half a minute while 112 carries on for 2 minutes. I know this is coming off as usector bashing but really I just want them to bring it the way they did in season 1 because there is definite complacency going on.

Out of game mentality? Explain.

I don't see it as U Sector bashing but supporters groups have ebb and flow just like the club they support. This may just be a down year for them in your eyes, but weather a person goes on away trips is totally up to that individual. Plus, this year has hit everyone hard and people need to make priorities in their life. I don't fault anyone who can't make a trip for this or other personal reasons. Now if it's just 'I don't feel like going' attitude then there is an issue.
On the chants. I agree. The Capo has been the center of fixation and has made the southend stronger. I just wish it was up higher like Chicago's that way the Capo is the true central leader for the chants.

It's quite the opposite lately, in fact. 112 is always rocking and these days there are only a handful of people in 113 who sing throughout the match. As people have said, there are a lot of casuals in 113, it's not really the fault of U-Sector.

i dunno who is softer over in the south end .. but i know there is way to many chiefs trying to start their own chants and not enough indians carrying on the chants... the capo is there now and this should help/ fix this in time once everyone starts to follow the capo... the only difference in chants should be from north end NEE and the south end... due to not being able to tell what chants the other is doing .. and the northend doesn't like to stop chanting as much as some in the south...
as far as making the southend supporters only thing .. doubt it will happen especially since a large portion of the nee don't want to be in the south ... and since they are the most visual group .. without question and they do hold it down for such a small group in the northend .. i can't see the stadium move them anytime soon
