It's a shame that Ferreira will be out injured for the first match. Hopefully Battles can play, he seems to really be doing well at the moment.

Seems to be the current way of the English footballer now days and the above post is from a "scouser" so you may need to take it in the literals sense.
Actually, the remark is a bit offensive. No entertainment in the subject of rape. None at all.

Malgré que 90% de nos joueurs soient des chèvres,je ne pense pas qu'on doit avoir peur de Liverpoolmouillé.

I think you're taking the comment a bit too seriously, my friend.
We're both pretty rubbish of late, but I'm reasonably confident StevieG will do the business for us here.
He will also do it in a white shirt against you bleu boys out in Portugal.

thanks jamison,
so 1-1 is the final score with a first goal for LFC by Baros (55th) before Drogba equalized (78th)
Not a bad result for Marseille, the 2nd leg's gonna be really exciting and I think we really have a chance to go through thanks to that away goal as a clean sheet will insure a place in quarter final.

Great result for OM. They showed some grit after the horrible showing at Bastia. I really hope that they play some smart attacking football in the second leg. I think it would be a mistake to just put everyone behind the ball and defend for 90 minutes. Liverpool are too good of a team and will score if that happens.

Awful, awful, awful match. I blame a certain Frenchmen. The chips were down, so what did he do? Put Heskey on the right wing and replace Finnan with Biscan. Yeah, that'll really put the frighteners on 'em. Anyway, Marseille closed us down very well and we, once again, lacked any kind of creativity in the final third. At least we got to abuse Bartez throughout. On current form, we actually play better away than at home so I'm still reasonable confident. Should be a good match though.
