Aaron did look a bit offside (by less than a foot if at all) but because it was a bit of a gaggle f..k in the area it could go either way.

They need to stop crying it's not like it's Connor Cassey offside like on his 2nd goal against LA where he waited for the ball on a diagonal pass (he was that ahead:eek:).

When it is a group in the box like that especially when it is a corner, offside doesnt get called and it shouldnt get called IMO.

Agreed; it shouldn't, but in this case the ball went to Davy and his shot starts a whole new play.

As a former keeper I remember :rolleyes: that once the ball goes past the goal to the other side of the area you kick out all the defenders that are protecting your posts so you force the offense to move their guys out to get a clear view of what's coming; if they stay you can literally have forwards right in front blocking the view or next to you.

In the goal I think Nick stayed in and player everyone on as the shot came

Rewatch the video he was kept on by some LAG player who was still camped out on the near post like some noob even though the ball had been played completely through the mouth of goal.

I hope you didn't get the wrong idea that I might have a shred of compassion for Donovan's team. I really don't care how they score goals on the Galaxy, it can be offside, from out of bounds, thrown with the hand or off the refs ass, if it's against the Galaxy it's a good goal.:D
