I think this is the easiest decided game of the champs league quarter finals.
Chelsea don't have a chance.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves, just keep playing like we have been playing and we'll be fine.

Liverpool is just such a powerhouse atm that i can't see chelsea winning.
I wouldnt be surprised with a Bayern or Villareal win, and Man U's form is down in the gutter right now, I think Porto have a valid go at it.

Bring on the filth.
@Sinstar
No offense mate, but how in the world do you explain this:
Supporter: FC Porto, Liverpool FC, Manchester United FC?

It's because I'm a Porto fan first, and I'm a fan of good football second.
I'd prefer an Lpool premier league win, but good football is good football, and you can't deny that Man U can be fun to watch.
I'm a hardcore supporter of Porto, and out of all premier league teams, I prefer Lpool, but i also like to watch Man U.
I'm also Portuguese, so regardless of whether or not I like Ronaldo(I dont like him) I have to at least have some pride and interest in him seeing as he is the best thing we have. That's where the Man U comes from. But as far as premier league goes, I'm on your side ;)

Its clear Riera and Aurelio will play in the Left, but maybe we might get a surprise by playing Yossi instead of Kuyt in the right. Kuyt has been playing alot recently, and maybe if Yossi is fit enough to start he will.
Im just hoping for an entertaining game, and a reds win!!!

For some reason I feel very uneasy about this match. I think it is because the second leg isn't at Anfield. I wish it was at Anfield.
On another note regarding Chelsea. There is a lot of talk about the title race, but let's all remember that this is still a 3 team race. Let's say hypothetically United draw their two games in hand. Leaving us tied at the top in points. Chelsea would still only be 3 points behind.
That being said. I think we win this one, but it is going to be a lot closer than the last round against Real Madrid.
Reina
Arbeloa - Carragher - Skrtel - Aurelio
Lucas - Alonso
Kuyt - Gerrard - Riera
Torres
Subs - Cavalieri, Agger, Dossena, Spearing, Babel, Benayoun, Ngog
I think we run out 1-0 winners in the first leg. And then we draw them 1-1 at Stamford Bridge in the second leg. We go through 2-1 on aggregate. :)

Anything can happen in this one. You can't go by league form. How many times have we been playing like shit in the league and then won in the Champions League.
Its crucial that we don't concede the away goal. 1-0 at Anfield would be be a brilliant result.

In.sua was great last game but surely Aurelio will be back for this one...;)
Dossena looks better suited to be a backup to Riera imo.
2-0 to the good and i'll sleep well till next Saturday...

Nah, Yossi is good in the joker role.
We are going to need Kuyt in this tie for 180 + minutes.

I'm so frustrated from watching Villa piss away 3 points. However, this is the competition that we can control and don't have to rely on other teams. Liverpool are the best team in Europe based on current form. Hopefully we can prove that by winning the Champions League.

Liverpool will win 2-0 at home, and 2-1 in the away.
