Butt isn't a captain.. the only drawback for me.

Van Bommel isn't physically capable enough, he's quality and got everything else, but wouldn't be the type to sit in front of the back 4 protecting it and making the tackles.

I still haven't seen an ideal solution for this position which I'm entirely happy with, just have to hope something gets pulled out of the bag. At least we know Pleat's idea of grooming Ledley for that position is going to be ended after this season. Ledley ain't having any of it.
