The lads are going to CRUSH Pompey.....3-0 to the Arsenal. After the 2nd goal Portsmouth will surrender. Should be an absolute thrashing....can't wait to watch.

Its going to be a very tough game so I'm not sure where these big scorelines are coming from. Portsmouth have nothing else to play for. Are very tough at home. They got a draw from us on our own pitch. We'll be fielding a weaker side than we would in the league match.
I hope we beat them by a wide margin but I wouldn't expect it.
I hope Pires gets a rest.

I'll borrow a line from Catfish and say 2-0 to the Arsenal.
Go You Gunners!
P.S.: Thanks Catfish

I'm never sure with you phishy, so I thought I better ask. ;)
Pompey have been playing tough lately so I don't think it will be a walk in the park.

A tough game I think but still don't see us losing to anyone at the moment. Henry will probably be rested for this one so I expect to see Reyes partner DB10. The last I heard Wiltord was still no where near fit so the only other option is the return of Aliadierre which can't be far of now. I think 2-1 to the Gunners or 1-1 at worse.

While I agree that playing Portsmouth at home will be tough when this is the only shot they have at a trophy (other than just staying up), I can't see us losing.
In the Liverpool rematch, I think I counted three legitimate scoring opportunities, two saved, one went in--and one of the saves was just after the goal when Liverpool seemed out of sorts. They just didn't look like a side that is capable of beating us--even at home.
Still, with the way the pitch was (I can't imagine any grass growing between then and now!), I look for a low-scoring game.
I'll say 1-0 to the Gunners, with Bergkamp sending Reyes through for another FA Cup goal at about the 20th minute.

Rather play at Pompey than Anfield. We should win this one fairly easy. On to the Semis!!
:D
List of things I wouldn't be looking forward to:
5. Seeing Michael Jackson naked.
4. Making out with Joan Rivers.
3. Getting a Bible lesson from Mel Gibson.
2. Being a bank guard in Alaska (everybody is wearing ski masks).
1. Playing Arsenal right now.
The boys just seem too focused. I don't know if they took their foot off the gas on the weekend but it was 2-0 after five minutes. How do play against Arsenal right now? You can't try to attack because they'll beat you on the counter. And our players are so brilliant that even if you put nine guys behind the ball, they still find a way to score.
Yeah, yeah, it's a Cup game. Big deal, Arsenal win 2-0 and it isn't that close.

That won't help Gilberto's spot on the National team, not that I'm worried about that, but being second choice to a guy from your own country that isn't even on the National team can't be good for your international career.
Hopefully the coach of Brazil will get the massage as well: Edu's the MAN!

The thing that irritates me the most is Edu should've been ahead of Gilberto for a very long time......Wenger is just now getting it right!

I'm not going to check the score so i can watch it on sunday and not know what is going to happen. I figure I can hold out for a day. Shouldn't be too hard. Okay, i'm going to go crazy by not checking the score, but i actually want to watch it.
