It's an idea I ran with a few members of the LA branch on Wednesday and it's something that I think can work. Especially in markets with MLS teams which have former players involved in them.

Examples:
Seattle (Kasey Keller, Chris Henderson)
Salt Lake (Eddie Pope, Clint Mathis)
Chicago (Brian McBride, CJ Brown)
DC United (Ben Olsen)
NYRB (Jeff Agoos, John Wolyniec)
Galaxy (Eddie Lewis, Tonny Sanneh, Bruce Arena)
Chivas USA (Ante Razov, Zach Thornton, Jesse Marsch, Preki, Carlos Llamosa)
KC (Jimmy Conrad, Kevin Hartman, Herculez Gomez)
Colorado (Cory Gibbs, Ugo Ihemelu)

Basically this list goes on and on. But having a player apperance of this kind would definately raise awarness of not only the viewing parties, but also of the matches themselves. What I propose is that the leaders of each American Outlaws branch in a market with and MLS team nearby get in contact with the teams Front Office. Find out what you can do to get someone to show for the next viewing parties in June.

I may not be a leader, but I'd like to volunteer to see about Chivas USA players and coaches. I don't know if I'll be sucesful, but I say we try.
