HOW DO YOU CALL friends and family back in jungle?

I used to dial the 1016868 plus 011-etc
then 123 from don francisco commercials got good rates, then 1010345 beat them....

Now I have azultel... man that is cheap

most countries (all in conmebol, but Uruguay) are under .9 cts per minute

works with prepay minutes and you use them up as you call.....they gave you a special PIN# and you can used even from a cell# (no need to get back home and call)

ahhhh you can call cell numbers down there for .15 cts per minute (business rate, any freaking time of the day)

call My body in miami, ruben vera from ecuador... a futbol fanatic of las gallinas 866 505 2985 xt111

I started this week and so far so good

the rates mexico are better, the rates to central america no so good...

do you guys know who can beat 36cts to Honduras?
How much do pay for peru?

We buy these phone cards at the local bodega, El Inca. The named (at least used to be) is the Cleveland Bus phone card. It gives you 2 hours for $5.00.

That is about 4 cents a minute.
I'd suggest you look to those pre-paid cards. Some offer great deals and cost nothing to access to your phone and no subscription.

I will ask my wife for one of her old cards because I know they have an internet site. If the store sells them for five bucks, you'd know the wholesale price would be cheaper. Maybe you could buy them online?

Get back to you on that one. ;)

I use "RED". Its good if ur going to use it all at once, not if you are going to use some minutes today then some tomorrow. for 5 dollars it gives you around 2 hrs like chaski said. connection is always good. they come in 2$, 5$, and 10$. Around here they sell them at gas stations and dollar stores.

I use this too... they give you the options and if they say it costs X amount of cents... it's X amount of cents, not like those cards that you buy at the stores where 1 cent ends up being 15.

I've found that the best deal if you call a lot is get a card with no connection and manteinance fee, even if it's a bit more expensive it's a better deal in the long run.

I pay 3.17 cents per minute to call Chile.
