What is the worst goal difference that a non-relegated team has had in the premeirship/1st division (top division) had? For example, blah FC may have had a goald difference of 3,000 in 1933 but they were relegated whereas Wolves had a goal difference of 30 in 2004 but were not relegated (I'm being very hopeful!).

Since the start of the Premiership era (92/93), the worst goal difference of a team that stayed up was Bradford with -30 in 99/00. Second worst was Southampton with -27 in 98/99.
