Emanuel Biancucchi, better known as Messi's cousin, is still waiting for his Italian pass. There is a very good possibility that he could get sold before he even plays one game for 1860.
Better known as "teeth":D!

...because of THIS (http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/2bundesliga/startseite/artikel/507323/#team_1860muenchen) article in Kicker. Footy emailed it to me this AM and I found it on Kicker. I won't bother to translate the incomprehensible drivel coming out of the orifice which that back-stabbing bastard Stevic calls his mouth; however, suffice to say that the misbegotten douche bag says that Wolf has "no future" with 1860. How I wish there words would be uttered about Herr Assforbrains.
Lovely, just lovely. We have Stoffers not doing shiite to get money or reduce debt for next year. We have Assforbrains saying the current coach, who is doing ok by all measures, does not have a future. We are STILL a not out of the woods with regards to relegation. And all Stoffers and Assforbrains can do are spar in the press and make threats against people. Wow! THEY are REAL men.
If Wolf were not the professional he is he would simply check the box for the rest of the season and let 1860 get relegated. Take THAT Stevic you back-stabbing douche bag!!! But Uwe has FAR more class than that. He will more than likely work HARDER, save 1860 and, like many, many coaches before him, get a job elsewhere and show that he WAS the right guy for the job and that management was too f#@king stupid to realize it.
My only solace for the day? In about 362 days, 8 hours and 24 minutes, the 1860 board will be firing Herr Assforbrains when they realize we will NOT be getting promoted in 2010 and are in the SAME situation....AGAIN....because they failed to fix the root of our problem: THE LACK OF FU@CKING MONEY TO KEEP OR BUY PLAYERS!!!!!

Not speaking for LB but yes, I for one think it is not out of the realm of possibility.
I don't think the team is going down this year. While anything is a possibility they would really have to tank it in the last 7 and there would need to be a lot of WINS (not ties) below us. Mathemagically speaking there is little chance of going down this year.

Aigner is fit again. TZ is reporting he can play this weekend.
That will help. I've liked the fire he's shown in some matches.
1860 is testing french talent "Junior" (19) from SC Amiens in the second division. He is not on their pro or second team roster, so must be a U19 and would be transfer free.
Free transfers. The best kind!
Needless to say, I've never heard of this guy, so no other comments.
Ivo Ilicevic is rumored to be on the 1860 shopping list. His contract is owned by Bochum though he is on loan to GF. He would cost though since his contract runs through 2010.
He wouldn't cost much of anything. Bochum is looking to dump him.
That should tell you something about him......
Emanuel Biancucchi, better known as Messi's cousin, is still waiting for his Italian pass. There is a very good possibility that he could get sold before he even plays one game for 1860.
Dude, that might be frustrating, but Sechzig needs the cash.
*]Merkur takes their stab at who to keep below....
Michael Hofmann (36) Was promised a one year extension this winter by Reuter and a coaching place in the youth division. Named #1 by Wolf, but will Stevic honor what has come before?
[LB: If Stevic goes back on this agreement his should be flayed in Marienplatz]
I assume you mean Stevic should be "flogged" on Marienplatz??
If so, I think that should happen anyhow.
Antonio Rukavina (25) The best solution 1860 has had at right back in some time, but 1860 cannot afford him. Will BVB take a barter of Sven Bender for him?
[LB: Agree but hate to lose Bender for him]
You could bamboozle our guys and try to give them Schaeffler. But yes, they would take Sven Bender too.
BVB doesn't really want Rukavina back, but won't let him go for nothing either.
Markus Thorandt (28) Has offers from Pauli, Ingolstadt and others. Good performer and fast, but 1860 has not extended with him....they need to hurry.
[LB: Agree, Stevic needs to get off his ass and sign him if he still can]
Stevic is probably looking for a cheap Serb replacement. And I'm not trying to be "racist" or "nationalist" here. Stevic's "strategy" (and yes, I know I'm giving him more credit than he deserves by using the word "strategy") seems to depend a bit on getting cheap Serb players.
Also, I don't agree that Sechzig has to hurry to sign this guy.
Do you really think Thorandt believes his sporting prospects would be better at Pauli or Ingolstadt???
Sechzig can't "diss" him, but I see no need for them to "hurry."
That it seems only the likes of Pauli and Ingolstadt have made offers should tell you something.
Michael Schick (21) His amatuer contract runs out and has not been given a pro one. 1860 wants to keep him but have not made him an offer yet.
[LB: Same here...Stevic must be playing Call of Duty in his office during the day b/c he sure ain't signing players]
I think they believe there isn't a market for him. And there isn't. Yet.
However, they'd better look out for Unterhaching.
Unterhaching is on the verge of breaking into the 3rd Bundesliga's top three. And if they win promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga, you can bet 1860 is the club they'll try to raid for players. They can offer these guys comparable money and they wouldn't even have to move.
Nikola Gulan (20) Came in the winter, got injured and just returned Sunday to his first start....it was no recommendation.
[LB: Punt]
As I said before, I think this guy was just a token piece of the "Stevic Coup." I think he really wasn't expected to do much more than smile for the cameras.....
Nicolas Ledgerwood (24) At first there was much talk about keeping him, then quiet. When he plays its okay, but sometimes bad.
[LB: Stupid comments...this kid is a rock and should be signed]
This is the other guy I think you tend to overestimate. Yes, he's a nice, solid player and 1860 should definitely keep him, but "a rock?" Can't agree there.
Christoph Burkhard (24) Last summer a deal could not be struck with RW Ahlen. Will this summer be the final one at 1860 for him?
[LB: Gone]
Agree. And don't think it will matter.
Danny Schwarz (33) A regular but injury prone. Given cost savings needed by the club he will likely go back to 'haching.
[LB: Agree, let him go]
You know I think this guy doesn't need to stay, but is it so cut and dried even if the Benders are lost?
Julian Baumgartlinger (21)
Never really fit into the 1860 mold. Has many offers from Austria, Italy, Switzerland and other German BL and 2.BL clubs. He will likely leave.
[LB: I think it's BS that other 1.BL teams want him....just not that good]
I agree with your comments. I mentioned this kid's name to a scout and a couple of reporters recently and actually got laughs from one of them.
He will wind up back in Austria. He can play at their highest level.
But of course, we all know that the Austrian Bundesliga is mostly on the same level as mid -to-lower 2nd Bundesliga clubs. Of course, that is save for RB Salzburg and maybe Rapid Vienna. They would be top 2nd Bundesliga, bottom to mid 1st Bundesliga.
Jose Holebas (24)
Shows much potential but also much unrealized. 1860 wants to keep him but has not begun discussions yet.
[LB: Discussions WERE underway with Reuter....now nothing]
Which would tell me that current management doesn't want to keep him. Could see him winding up at Unterhaching if they are promoted.
Markus Schroth (34)
The clearest case of them all. Acts more as a co-trainer than as a player during practce. Has not played one second since his knee injury....and likely won't again.
[LB: Oh, what could have been with him healthy with Lauth up front...]
Would they even keep him on as an assistant if they don't give Wolf the job?
Which I am not afraid to say if they don't give Wolf that job, they are F#CKING IDIOTS!!
EDIT: I just saw LB's post from the article I sent him earlier.
F#CKING IDIOTS!!

I doubt 1860 will get relegated, but considering the exponential level of stupidity by the guys running things, there has to be a chance that we lose our license for next season on financial grounds and end up in the Oberliga.
And then the cabal of nimrods will have no one else to blame but themselves.

I think FMS said it best. Mathmatical=yes. Likely=no. But I bet Wolf takes these articles up in the Kabine and tells the players they need to play for pride now and show these words back down that back-stabbing basterd's throat!!!!
I assume you mean Stevic should be "flogged" on Marienplatz??
"Flayed (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/flayed)" is worse than "flogged (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/flogged)". But you bring up a good point. How about "flayed" THEN "flogged"?;)
Do you really think Thorandt believes his sporting prospects would be better at Pauli or Ingolstadt???
Yes, actually I do. I think he sees how f'd up this club's managemtn is and likely wants to put as much distance between him and this circus as possible. I know I would.
I think they believe there isn't a market for him [Schick]. And there isn't. Yet.
It's there. Wolfsburg and VfB have already been sniffing around for him. Just has not (yet) made the papers.
This [Ledgerwood] is the other guy I think you tend to overestimate. Yes, he's a nice, solid player and 1860 should definitely keep him, but "a rock?" Can't agree there.
Rock=a player who plays with heart and can be relied upon; not someone who plays every game stable. He neds more time (and trust) to develop. 'Haching already after him.

Beda= no loss. Bender= big loss but bound to leave in 2010 anyway. Tschauner= no loss. The rumor is that terms have been agreed to with Jenztsch already and that Hoffman will be signed as a back-up for one more year until Krauss gets better or another back-up can be found.

And yes, "flayed", then "flogged" definitely meets my approval!!

We have two different meanings for the same word. You just described what I'd call a "solid" player.
Much like Christian Woerns was for BVB before last season........

I wasn't mad about who would be sold. Just that it is being put out there publicly already. I should have made that clear. My bad.

Or......
...maybe we will sign him to a two yer contract, he gets injured and he never plays a game in an 1860 kit and has a nice two-year holiday. Hell, I would love to have that too. Where do I sign?
Seriously, I think Jenztsch is a good solution. He is as better than Tschauner and not patzer-prone. I would love to be the fly on the wall when he comes back to hear Hofmann's first words to him: "Welcome back....how was Wolfsgburg?":D:cool:

Dude, I don't know how you can say that. Before Jenztsch was banished by Magath, he was quite possibly the worst keeper in both Bundesligas. And that's including Tomislav Piplica!
I hope the time off has cured that, but I think you're wrong to say Jenztsch isn't as "patzer-prone" as Tschauner.
Jenztsch's extreme "patzer-proneness" is largely what got him banished in the first place.

I am not anti-serb. I am anti-back-stabbing Miki Stevic. that man is NOT in it for anything other than himself. He seriously does not give a shiite about 1860 unless it benefits him. They in which he snuck behind his "friend" Stefan Reuter's back to steal his job, bring in fake investors and then attempt to take over 1860 just shows how dishonest a person he is.
I am ALL for bringing in new talent, but 1860 is not only broke but we incur 3m Euros more debt than we bring in revenue EACH YEAR!!! So, before Stevic or Stoffers can even DREAM of brining in new players, we have to raise AT LEAST 5m Euros just to pay for our 3m Euro deficit AND the 2m Euros we will have to pay BVB for Rukavina. THEN we need to raise MORE money to buy these 5-6 players Stevic wants to bring in. All, evidently, paid for through the use of alchemy?!?!?;):D
Anglo-Saxons have a phrase for this: "Smoke and mirrors". Better yet, P.T. Barnum (famous circus owner and shoddy businessman) had a syaing: "There is a sucker [Gimpel] born every minute."

Agree. And we all know there are some very good eastern european players that can be had for very cheap sums. I have no problem with him making 1860 TSV Belgrade. I have a problem with HOW he does it....and he is not honest about it...with anyone.
