How far will Liverpool go and if they win it, does that get them into the Champions league if they don't get fourth spot?

Winning the UEFA Cup only allows you to come back and defend it the next season. CL placement comes through league placement.

Until we are beaten my position is we will win it. Am I realistic -- I think so. We certainly can but we seems capable of going out at this post. I'm still for us winning it. A fourth to go with the four European Championships wouldn't be bad.

I think we're capable of winning the UEFA Cup as well, but then again, we're also capable of being dumped out this round to a relatively unknown team.

That's rich coming from a guy who supports a team near the relegation zone.

I think now that Liverpool are out of the FA Cup, they will turn up the intensity for the UEFA Cup. All the players know how disappointing the season has been thus far, and know how disappointing it is for all the Liverpudlians to see the team playing this poorly (and I don't mean fans from afar like myself). With Baros back, I think Owen will get a little less attention from opposing defences, and his goals will start coming. If the opposition does focus most of their attention on him, I feel confident that Baros can torch them. We can win it, and doing so will ease alot of the pressure off the team and the manager.
