Marcus started the match, which is currently in the 33rd minute. Aalborg scored a couple of minutes ago, the goal coming off a rebound from a Tracy shot. Aalborg is definitely trying to exploit his aerial ability, his vertical leap is terrific! Congrats to Marcus on the start.

Marcus looks to be playing a the top of a 4-3-3. With Shelton hovering behind him, looking very lively and Nomvethe operating opposite of where Shelton is. I thought Marcus had a couple of decent chances in the first, especially his shot on goal which resulted in Aalborgs goal.

Tracy's shot lead to Aab's first goal. He almost got to it before Johannson (sp) scored.

yep i saw it. poor choice of words i guess. Any thoughts on Marcus's performance Arsenal?

I thought he has been doing well. I turned it on right as Midtjylland equalized. His other effort the swoop/chip type shot, could have been better. I couldn't tell if he was trying to go for goal or pass it to Shelton.

Yeah it looked somewhere in between the two. is it me or do they look kind of averse to playing the ball to marcus on the ground, or maybe shelton just dosent like to pass?

He has been. I don't think he has played since the league resumed. I want to say he's suffered from a thigh or hamstring injury.

In another thread, user "Aalborg BK" says Califf is still recovering. He made the bench last time, but didn't play, so I guess he's still not recovered.
