Hi.
In case you missed it, the MLSnet front page (http://web.mlsnet.com/index.jsp) has been updated, with an entry showing a bit of Portland's skyline, the confirmation that they will indeed be team 18, and that the Commissioner will give the formal announcement at 1pm Eastern.
Which will be 5pm GMT, for those in the same time zone I am in now (Ireland hasn't adopted daylight savings yet, so it's only 4 hours ahead of EST right now).
