Update: Evans rewarded boss Sigi Schmid's selection of the talented attacking midfielder in the expansion draft by notching the second goal for Seattle in their 3-0 win over New York on Thursday night.
Analysis: Qwest Field in Seattle was an absolute madhouse all night, it was phenomenal to watch. Evans, Nate Jaqua, Sebastian le Toux, and Fredy Montero played great soccer, and don't appear to be on the path of Toronto and San Jose expansion campaigns. The Sounders look, well, sound!
