Update: Cruz has been included on Paraguay's roster for upcoming matches against Uruguay and Ecuador despite struggling with a knee injury, SkySports reports. "The chances of him playing are small but we want to know what will happen in the future, how his injury will be treated and the steps they (Blackburn and Santa Cruz) expect to make," Paraguay head coach Gerardo Martino said.
