"Brazil always play Samba Football." (Not true if you're saying this about any Seleção side since 1982)

That having a monopolistic media distributor that also takes bets on the games does not inevitably lead to corruption

That's sort of integral to underachieving, according to the myth.

Maybe someone can provide a definition of Samba football as I've no clue what it entails, exactly?

Granted we may not have invented it per say, (i.e. chinese variation) But we ceratinly created association football, the very game we have and indeed are playng today.

Actually I think there is proof that what England invented was more like a version of Rugby where you could not use your hands. The Scots invented pass and move football. Oh and also the first football team was in Edinburgh. Oh and also the English FA was founded by a Scotsman. Oh and it was the Scots that exported football to Brazil.

I am well aware that William McGregor, was ONE of the twelve founding members of the football league, being an aston villa fan. However i beleive we invented the league systems and the home and away games that you see today.

That the Scots invented pass and move is a myth. Their passing was static basically. The first team to play pass and move was Sunderland in about 1910.

That Harry Redknapp is a great manager and has any place at a big club, when in reality he is on police bail for fraud

Read any of the histories of tactics that there are.

I agree. Scotland are perhaps the most forgotten country in the history of the game. Particularly pre-WW2.
