So, i want to play on my University team next year (i will make the team so long as i am fit), but im not fit right now so i want to play with a little competition to get into shape.

my two options are:

1) Mens League. Competitive, everyone knows what they are doing, but i should be better than everyone there. Would be good for my confidence and for getting me into shape

2) u21 team. I can make a decent u21 OYSL team in the area right now, but it is very competitive and i'm not close to full fitness so i won't be at my best and that will result in little playing time and the competitive nature may result in re injuring myself before im fully fit.

So, children, decide for me which to do.

Well only people in your area can really help you out with this question, as people from abroad will not know how good those respective leagues are, how competitive they are etc.

But if its a question of fitness, I can help you with that. You can technically do this exercise with your friends, it would be more fun, especially if everyone is able to get away and reminisce later on at the groups chill spot.

What you want to do here is, go to your local bar/discoteca, something in your neighborhood. The reason for this being because you need to know the surrounding area like the top of your penis head.

Now, go into the bar like its a regular night, get a little wavy, not too much though, just enough to give you that smile on your face. Make sure you buy a couple bottles of bear. Now, as the night continues, start a little recus, get a little heavy in there with your dudes...start yelling, get a little rowdy, not too much though, just enough. So when 3 AM start rolling around, take your bottle of beer that you bought, and take that on outside with you...

Now, due to your constant yelling, and agressive behaviour, the cops should be on their why over in a single squad car, if they aren't already outside surveying the area... So here it is, you make sure your dudes know whats coming next, and you guys just whip those bottles at the single squad car... and now you take off like the summer wind in the begging of September. Nothing gets you in shape faster then a possible misdomenor.

You do that once a week for 2 months, and then just continue doing your daily sporting activities. You will be fit in no time.

And once your comfortable with this exercise, make sure to throw the bottle at a cop car with a K9. That will get you running. :D
