Update: AC Milan has lost its starting goalie for the rest of the season and perhaps even the beginning of next season after Abbiati was injured Sunday against Siena, Football Italia reports.
Analysis: Abbiati has done well this season, but this will perhaps encourage the club to go after Cagliari's Federico Marchetti this summer.
