Any word on this? No mention on Setanta's site, though it does say they'll be showing Portugal-England @4:15pm EST.

As Ireland is the home team, I'm pretty certain Setanta has the rights to the game. Go to whichever pub in your area is showing Portugal-England, and if they don't devote all the TVs to Netherlands-USA for the early game, they probably will be showing Ireland-Brazil.

Setanta chose not to buy the rights. Not enough business to justify the cost.
