Is anyone going to be watching in Fairfax County at any bars. I work in the Fair Oaks/Fair Lakes area. Anyone know a good place to go watch?

It's on ESPN2. I'd call some places close by and ask if they'll put it on for you. I'm thinking of heading home to watch it.

Just keep it simple.. Head over to the Friday's at the Mall and watch it there...

one thing the fair oaks fair lakes area lacks is sports bars....I'm sure any of the resturants at the mall at 2:30 pm on a Wed. you can jsut ask them to switch it to Espn 2..Try Uno's. Or head down to Burke or Vienna and go to Glory Day's. Or Kilroy's in Springfield, or Grevey's in Merrifield.

I'd love to skip class, but unfortunately I'm teaching it.

Ah tough luck with the time zones and all. Put it on the TVs like all my teachers did during the World Cup.

Well... the Tivo would be nice, but it won't work without cable and I won't give Comcast any of my money and I can't get Direct TV or Dish.
So I should be over by 6:15?

I have two additional words for you: NO Cable! Followed closely by: NO Dish!
On these rare occassions, living in cardboard cutout, spirit-destroying, Ward & Jane Cleaver-Wannabe neighborhoods in the suburbs actually has a perk.
Oh, well it's only a friendly...
:)
Summers is showing a replay at 6:30 pm (yeah that's a little early but he's showing other games later on).
