Pretty much...Leonard & Adams have been the ones pushing it.

What they are talking about right now is accepting the task for info...that is 225.

The real issue is 226: Declare City support for Peregrine LLC(split for Shortstop LLC) bid to bring a Major League Soccer Franchise to the City of Portland and authorize Peregrine LLC to present a financing package to Major League Soccer (Resolution introduced by Mayor Adams and Commissioner Leonard)
