Does any one know how many appearances must a player have to win a Premiership medal?

I believe it is 10 appearances.

From the Premier League website (www.premierleague.com)
The League Champions are allocated 21 medals to be awarded to players, managers, and other club officials as they see fit, with the provision that any player recieving a medal appeared in 10 League matches. Additional medals can be given with the consent of the Premier League.
The other award, of course, is the Championshp Trophy, which remains in the possession of the defending champions until 3 weeks before the final league match of the season.

The only time I heard this mentioned is when they said that Quinton Fortune has never gotten a championship medal with Man United, and he has been there several seasons. This year he has enough games, but hopefully they won't win the title.
