The U.S. Olympic Qualifiers could have been available to the U.S. Fan

It states that offers were made to the buttheads at Concacaf for National Pay-Per-View available to all of us, but Concacaf turned them down. The offers were for equal or more money. So what gives? Even though we lost 4-0, I am sure many people would have liked to be able to have the choice to watch the games.
