It would be wonderful if da-cfo wouldn't mind
finding out what Circuito Cerrado (??) paid for
the Olimpinat fixtures. Also, if Galavision does
indeed end up broadcasting live tomorrow, or
if Telemundo goes 1-day delay, what the
one-game buyout rights were for those telecasts....

Galavision US will NOT have the telecasts, period. Univision Communications (which owns Galavision US) does NOT have ANY rights.
Televisa Canal 9 in Mexico, which uses the brand name "Galavision", will have telecasts in Mexico. Hence the source of confusion.
Telemundo CANNOT even acknowledge that it has tape-delayed rights until AFTER KICKOFF. That's why neither of the two telecasts during the past weekend were listed.

So if one were to want to watch the tape delayed broadcast it might be on Telemundo, not Galavision AND it wouldn't be listed until after the games end? That'd be great, although depending on the result I may not want to watch it.

".... depending on the result,

Interesting, hadn't thought of that.
However, my guess (Oliver?) is that the
replay buyout paper doesn't have a "result"
contingency that "lowers" the price pending
a loss by El Tri....
And if Telemundo decided NOT to broadcast
tape delay if the "wrong"(:o) result occurrs,
can they resell to Fox World? Who "owns"
the rights as of 5 hours to kickoff? Who
"owns" the rights after the final whistle blows?
