Some of the managers I play Major League Soccer fantasy soccer games with are organizing 1-2 divisions of 8 teams for a drafted league.

MLS now has 15 teams this season, so there is starting to get enough variance for drafted leagues.

Most of us play in the MFLS.com game. That game has some salary cap and transfer fee rules that we want to avoid in the drafted leagues. Last year, one manager created an entirely new drafted game with a somewhat complicated scoring.

We're simplifying the scoring this year, and are looking to recruit 4-5 experienced draft fantasy soccer managers to join us. Just like with our drafted leagues, a manager must commit to stay active the entire MLS season from March 19 through October.

If you are interested, send me a Private Message with your contact info and I'll reply with the Commissioner of the drafted MLS fantasy soccer game.

If you are interested in participating in a drafted league fantasy soccer version of Major League Soccer, visit the Soccer Fantasy of America site at
http://sfacommunity.proboards91.com/...?board=general to check it out.

Dave Thomas, aka TopShelf, will be running the league this year.

For those considering the drafted MLS fantasy soccer game this season, check out the site in the previous post.

You can check out the site as a guest.

Don't get too hung up on the first year challenges we had last year. We are simplifysing the scoring and substitutions to not be so manually intensive.

TopShelf, aka Dave Thomas, is the admin and he is trying to lock down two full divisions by Monday, so register and post if you want to play.

Between MFLS, the SFA site, and the PMs I've received, there are more than enough for two divisions, so sign up before all the spots are gone.

Just a reminder, probably not necessary for Rocks managers, but we may have visitors who see this post - only sign up if you absolutely commit to stay active the entire MLS season. With just two small divisions, it really messes up the inter and intra division cup competitions when someone goes inactive.

Hal, I sent you my info for 2010 (or 2009 if someone drops out). I also sent an email several days ago to the link on the SFA site (thomas@soccerfortcollins.org), but I have not received an acknowledgement to this point.

I heard back from David and I'm on the futures list. Looks like a nice league.
