WCQ first round locations?

We know who is playing, we know when they are playing, but does anyone know the where the first round matchups are going to be played? Is there a protocol like the higher seed gets the second leg at home? I've scoured FIFA and the CONCACRAPPY website, but I can't find where the first legs are being played.

Yeah, you are right. Crazy me for thinking the link for WC '06 on the front page would lead me to the info rather than wading through the competitions news releases.
