I have discovered the "Merge Threads" ability we moderators have, and I am not afraid to use it. Please do not start new threads on subjects (like brands of shoes) that already exist in other threads - all it does is muddy the forum and make it harder for players (as opposed to shoe collectors) to talk about useful information.
Please be respectful to other posters. Bad behavior or language will be edited. Repeated bad behavior will result in yellow cards, which severely restrict your posting ability.
So it is written, so it shall be done.

I have noticed a marked downturn in the quality of grammar and punctuation used in this forum. Please, people, remember that these posts are semi-permanent, and that they are read all over the world. Please take a few seconds to type correct sentences. Most keyboards come with a "backspace" key - if you make a mistake, you can erase it and correct it. I don't want to be nit-picky, but we are getting posts that are just gibberish.

The moderators have been notified that long threads (above about 200 posts) tend to cause performance issues for the site. When threads get too long, I will start creating new threads to continue the conversation, and closing the old threads.
