What? Kewell is better for shooting, Giggs for everything (yes, EVERYTHING else). This is one odd thread. If you're looking for the best left-mid it shoukld be a three-way between Giggsy, Pires & Duff. Kewell is a level below these guys 90% of the time, and is far less consistent.
I am just baffled by this thread, it's like asking who's better, Scholes or Boa Morte... just... baffling.
No offense or anything man, it might be that it's 3am and I've been working on a history paper on the Balkan crisis for the last 2 hours, but I just feel confused now.
Still, Giggs by a country mile (except Kewell gets the edge on shooting).

Plus...at least until this year....it seems you could always count on Kewell missing a significant number of matches due to injury.

I wouldn't be too quick about giving Kewell the shooting advantage either. Giggs strays inside a lot less often, so there's less chances for him to shoot. He's also fairly adept at free kicks, something I've never seen from Kewell.
Giggs is by FAR the better player, and in my opinion, ManUtd's most important player for years now. I think with him, England picks up at least one international trophy, he's that good. I've always been a huge fan.

Actually, He went about 80 matches without missing on for us. The game he missed to break that streak was because of Australian national team duty, not from injury.
but for the last 2 seasons, people have been trying to hurt him... like Nicky Butt's stomp on his leg at Elland Road 2 seasons ago. He missed a few games because of that.

Giggs by a distance. Giggs is one of the few players (maybe the only one) who has been the best in the world in his position almost continually for 10 years.
