reporting Man U players to the police, just because they got a bit of stick back? Sheer small time and pathetic. Typical Everton, they can dish it out till the cows come home, venting spleen but the minute anyone responds they go crying to the stewards and/or the police. Like at Anfield when Fowler did that celebraiton in front of them, after he'd suffered dogs abuse from their fans for years.
Yet their hero Rooney was making hand gestures to the Man U fans calling them ****in ******s. And last season in the derby he spat at Liverpool fans and this season in the derby swore his head off at Liverpool fans in front of kids.
And apparently Everton where making aeroplane gestures to the away fans after they equalised. Horrible bunch of supporters.
Add to that the apparent chant of, "You Black Bástard" when Louis Saha was taken off and you get a great idea of what Everton football club stand for.
Btw, i went on the Everton site the other day and went to check the history section, the words, "This page could not be found" appeared.

No mention in the "story" of the fan who tried to get on to the pitch to attack Ronaldo either, eh? Typical.

Ludahai, you list Inter, ARSEnal, and Barca as your teams...... if I'm a glory hunter, your dipped in $hit.
You just can't stand the fact that your ARSEnal players are the biggest jerkoffs in the league.
Have you ever been heckled by opposing fans in a big game? Have your teamates ever been assualted by racial slurs in a hostile stadium? Have you ever had to keep an eye on the stands just incase some nutjob comes running out to accost you?
No..... you haven't. So when all of this happens in one very charged up game, and then in the dying moments you are able to blast in the winner, you have my permission to taunt the fans in whatever way you see fit, and all you'll have to do is pay a fine........ you can afford that right, since you know what it's like to be a million dollar athlete?

I remember when Eric Cantona attacked that fan who taunted him.
Manure players have a history of incidents with the crowd .Seem to recall mark hughes tussling with a fan at swindon afew years back.

Two incidents, the most recent of which was almost 10 years ago, hardly constitute a history. You might as well say Liverpool players have a history of sniffing the lines & offering their asses to opposing players.
In an ideal football world a little bit of give-and-take between players & fans would be acceptable. Obviously that isn't the case.

If the league did more to enforce the clubs keeping their fans in line, I wouldn't have a problem with this.

Look, I have never accused anyone of being a "glory hunter:. Besides, if I were, wouldn't I be a fan of Real Madrid, Juventus and Man U? I have reasons for liking the fans that I do. A "man" would apologize. Are you?

everton fans always used to taunt robbie fowler about his apparent penchant for cocaine, but suddenly all started crying when he pretended to snort the touchline after scoring against them a couple of years ago.
if you're going to go to a football match and sing songs intended to offend opposition players, you can hardly complain when they give it back, which is basically what happened on saturday.
personally i quite enjoy that side of the game, it would be boring if you werent allowed to abuse gary neville every time you saw him, but when someone gets the last laugh you should be a man and just get on with it

Only Everton's fans could unite the nation in defence of Roy Keane and Gary Neville.

I dont think anyone is defending Keane or Neville.
Its just the fact that Everton fans can dish it out but dont like it coming their way.

Players have to be held to a higher standard than fans. I played collegiately, and I was heckled by fans. That is inevitable. However, when you get the last laugh (as I did on more than one occasion), you need to be professional and gracious about it. Man U (especially RVN - sometimes I see him morphing into Figo) doesn't know how to win with class. Unfortunately, this is common in soccer. The players need to realize that they are an example and that people look up to them.

This is a joke right? The way Henry celebrates his goals and then you want to talk about Ruud?
Yes, of course. "Whoosh!" on me. This IS a joke.

Yeah, I wonder what they (if anything) said, did they scream F*** you! to the everton fans...
and if so, i wonder how many times the everton fans said F*** You! to each other in the days and hours before this non incident...
Gimme a break. I guess Roy and company should know better than to curse in front of a bunch of women.

Here's one Everton supporter saying it right here:

Also, a "V" sign from the crowd is circled as well for your enjoyment...
