I know that by living here in America we don't have to much for support for soccer. But one thing i've noticed is that at least 95% of ManU supporters (outside of Manchester, England) don't actually give a s*** about them. They are all a bunch of bandwagoneers who like em because they have won a few titles. Try having a real thought and supporting a real team! (this would also apply to most yankee fans in baseball and lakers fans in basketball) Would anyone refute this?

Says an American Arsenal fan with 3 posts, you couldn't make it up.

he has a point, which everyone knows anyway, but then to support arsenal like its somehow better? that kind of makes your point moot.

As well as that, instead of being a freekick it should have been a penalty (Fernandes handballed inside the box). So moanign of ManU being lucky on this occasion, is pointless.
BTW, why isn't this in rivalries?

Yes man u have fair weather fans but so does every club. Its just that man u has more of them because of their success.
Why have you decided to support Arsenal? Is it because they are good? Then why not support Plymouth they have domminated the last couple of years in the lower league. Sounds like a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

Don't get me wrong, this isn't some Anti-United campaign. I'm just merely saying that most American ManU fans are Fair-Weather, yet most, if not all, other supporters are serious fans. I've met many Liverpool, New Castle, and Spurs fans who are all as serious as it gets.

Thanks for pointing that out. We hadn't noticed.

I'd rather deal with the fair weather ManU fan that half of the "real" Chelsea fans down at the Mad Dog any given weekend.

You define the reason why everyone hates ManU fans. You are all arrogant b****** who are afraid of any other opinion that would go against your precious red devils. you gotta open up and stop being so close-minded.

I get annoyed at some "Man U" fans as well.
Earlier this season Giggs was making a run, he beat 2 guys and slipped before he could square the ball back for a wide open Scholes.... this guy in a knock off kit watching the match nearby says that he doesn't know why people think Giggs is so great, he doesn't do anything special.... I couldn't decide whether I was going to be sick or punch the guy out... it still pisses me off when I think about that guy...
So, yes, they do exist. But then so do arseholes like this gunnerdude guy.

You are starting to annoy me with this crap. Come up with something other than this trolling dribble, please.

You can improve your skills by using actual facts and logical points in your posts, rather than saying things like "You are all arrogant b****** who are afraid of any other opinion that would go against your precious red devils." Have you ever tried to put together a coherent argument and use that to talk with a United fan? Your opinions are as valid as anyone else's, given that you make them intelligently.
Also, if you're going to write posts against us (I'll let this go since you're a newbie, but in the future), come into the Manchester United forum. As long as you make reasonable points, we will do our best to respond in a civil manner. There are actually a couple of threads in there right now dealing with Arsenal, and while some people will resort to childish insults, most of us will try to open up a lively debate.
For any team that is successful, there are bound to be a number of bandwagoners who know little to nothing about the actual team. But most of us Man United fans on BigSoccer are not like that.

Yeah, they're serious business, especially for a small town in Delaware ;)
