They are the shizzle. These boots are so tight around your foot. Its not uncomfortable tight either. I recomend these boots to anyone. Totally worth thr money. If you are lookin for cleats. Get these!!!!!!!!!

Are they true to size or do they run big/small?

I wear a 10-10 1/2 in most adidas boots and a 10 1/2 in k-leather nikes and pumas if that helps you out any.

Also the inner part of the heel is that lined with a soft microfiber that has a felt like feeling or regular lining?

The cleats are really tight on your foot so it makes them narrow cuz they have a elastic band under the leather cover. I wear 11 and a half and got a twelve. Its a little long prolly like a half a knuckles worth and they are tight. So get 1/2 up id say.
