What do you think is the best hairstyle for soccer?
Mohawk, long hair, short hair....etc. its ur call. I am currently in a tough decision, whether or not to grow mine out....And i don't know which boot to go with, the blue vapors or the new silver pulses that don't hit stores till late summer.

grow it out, man. Your teammates can judge the speed of your runs by how your hair flows in the wind. Seriously, I think longer hair is kind of a footy culture thing, so go with it.

Long, definately. I had to cut my hair for the Army and I just don't feel like a cool soccer player anymore.

You can't beat Xiaver's hair style: http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=94527&highlight=klingon
Also, Mathis Mutton chops are on the way in.
For myself a low, close fade works well - (sort of like Theirry Henry)

i cannot believe we're having this conversation, football is about kicking a ball into a goal, not about parading around like a model on the pitch
but i'll go with something long to your shoulders, so your hair will flail when you get 2-footed

I probably go with a mullet which can be found at most 3rd division football clubs.

since we've covered the subject of hair now, do you guys think a French manicure will help me link up with my forwards better?

I think most footballers (Including Beckham) do these different haristyles to get noticed on and off the field. I mean when you look at a game on TV you're going to notice the guy with bleached blond hair or a semi-mohawk with a red streak (Lundburg) or Clint's big sideburns.

c'mon don't give Ljundberg the benefit of the doubt haha it was pink.
Anything i do with my hair is strictly for off-field, and i won't do my hair specifically for soccer, but i guess ur right, Beckham does in a few of his previous cuts.

I with you. I have to make a living in an office so, you wont catch me looking like Xavier. ;)
Like I said, I keep my hair short anf fadded like Henry.
But I guess when you play like Henry, you don't need an outragous cut to get noticed on or off the pitch. - (My hair is similar, not my playing skills :) )

Nobody's mentioned the Valderrama mop yet.
I'm so disappointed...
