I can hear the girls screaming now! Donovan's in a new magazine ad for Nike promoting the "Nike Sphere Technology" with a picture of him taking off his shirt. You can't even see him face...what great publicity. I caught it in the latest ESPN mag.

It's a side shot of Donovan w/ his shirt partially off, covering his face and all but the back fo his head. He's somewhat hunched over so all the ladies can see his abs rippling. I wouldn't have known it was Donovan if the ad hadn't mentioned his name.

lol - I know, what wonderful publicity when you can't even tell who it is unless you memorized his abs as well as I don't even believe they mention he plays for the Quakes...but I think they did say something about Team USA (in very tiny print)
I'm a Quakes fan and even I didn't notice the ad until someone emailed me. Wonderful publicity...
