i like how the 3 stripes stop at the shoulders and continue briefly on the sleeve, but i REALLY dislike the piping or stitching on the chest and across the bottom....especially that fake zipper thing.

seriously, thats what that chelsea kit looks like it has. ugly as hell....if they just got rid of that and had a normal front and without that fake zipper thing it would be a nice kit.

The adidas template used by Chelsea can actually look nice, IMO, if it's tastefully multicolored. See, for example, NY Red Bulls or Bayern. The solid just looks silly, though.

Not to be biased or anything being that this is the club I support, but this has got to be the best looking template Adidas. I think if they did away with the larger white and red lines in the center it would've been fine. The collar looks simple and classy. All and all, a nice looking jersey. I just hope River doesn't go the "cyclist" jersey route for their next home one.
