I think the Honduras coach because they have a the worst schedule of the 6 teams (@CR, @TnT, vsMex, @USA) and could crash very early. The only way SGE gets fire is if Mexico loses or ties at home or gets a real beating at Honduras.

At the moment I'd say Sven. If Mexico doesn't win their next match he's gone.

Im not too sure about Sven's job being on the line just yet. Last semifinal round he didnt have the best of results towards the end but he kept his job. Having said that you could be right who knows? The coach who i think whose job is definitely on the line will be Maturana's. JW fired St Clair after the first 3games in '05 and then famously fired Wim Rijsbergen a few months after the GC in '07. Maturana is not liked by many people and although he got TNT to the hexagonal the team for its talent havent played well and he can ill afford a bad home result vs Honduras. A win will save his job temporarily but i still think he will be fired at some point this year.

I wish you guys still had the genius that is Leo Beenhakker. Hell I'd love to have him coach the USMNT.

I feel he is doing fine. The semi's and our first game last week were fine.

I hear ya man. I think he's happy at Poland and will probably see out his last coaching years there. What a coach whos done tha business at the highest level. I mean its not everyday a coach wins titles at clubs like Real Madrid, Ajax, Feyenoord not to mention managing the Netherlands. He definitely brought discipline and organisation to the warriors when he got on board. He was also well liked and his philosophy brought the best out of that team. Tactically he was always spot on. What happened at El Salvador last week with tha warriors conceding late goals like that wouldve never happened on his watch. Maturana has no clue about what he's doing. I definitely agree though that Beenhakker is a genius.

I voted for Pacho, but Sven might be shown the door if he loses at home to Costa Rica. T&T had that game in the bag and lost it in the final 10 minutes and they are now faced with a must-win at home against the Catrachos.

same thing said in the group of death for honduras and we came on top! (thank u Osorio) so i doubt it even though its more pressure by the 7th game we can do it!

Honestly though, if Sven doesn't get a win against Costa Rica, he probably will be gone.
