I live in an area where it's not always easy to get people to practice with(the u.s). no but it seems especially bad in my low income 'hood, so many times i just end up practicing by myself. i'm not quite that bad of a skitso to compete against myself so i feel like i can't get as good as teens that can play against good competition all the time. i mean i can practice moves but not against people, i can shoot at the goal, but not at a goalie, etc.
sure i do all the juggling and shooting and dribbling by myself, but when i get back into actually playing with people and feel the pressure, it's all different and i can't perform like i'd like to, so how can i practice with pressure by myself?

grab a buddy and play 1v1s and set up a tiny goal about 15yrds or so apart and play with no boundries and practice taking eachother on. play to a certain score and thats about it... im sure you can find one decent person to play with. and to make it more exciting you can bet on it.

I have the same problem, and with all sports actually. It seems our generation is just lazy anymore. But if you could find one player, it would be a big difference.
You could set up cones or what not to dribble through. Doing that helped my skill, agility and quickness on the ball. For stamina I set up two park benches about 20 yards apart for goals and run from one goal to the other and practice different shots on the run, the important part is wherever the ball goes I NEVER stop running. And no jogging, flat out run. You can also use any 'alone' time to create new tricks.

find a brick wall, draw some squares on the wall and shoot against it.
Practice shooting off the rebound, practice limiting yourself to one touch and alternating your foot and the side of the foot (inside right, outside left, etc...)
try to find an L shaped wall so you can practice with balls coming from the side
If you become comfortable playing a ball from any direction, on one touch, with whatever part of your foot is available, then you'll be golden. Look at Landon Donovan, all he needs is enough space for 1 touch and the ball is going where he wants it too, the defense is split, the goalie is beat.

maybe you could try playing against a brother/sister or parent that is holding an axe, gun or knife in their hand.
Pull a nike commercial and put blood on the ball and have dogs chase you around
Try to juke a tree. You wouldnt beleive how good I am with this...
etc.
