Here we are in Florida (West Central), in a region that loves soccer, has a zillion soccer families, but the MLS braintrust gave up on our state and aborted the Mutiny and Fusion. One wonders if Don Garber works for or against the growth of American professional soccer. As commander-in-chief, Garber has presided over lots of piss poor marketing, the Florida variety especially familiar to us in the Southesastern U.S. One result of lame MLS marketing can immediately be sensed in the frustration and anger felt by Florida soccer fans who want to see MLS preseason games but find game info difficult to obtain thanks to MLS websites that range from mediocre to amateurish, and local advertising of the minimal to nil sort. Really, how costly and difficult is it to run this dinky league's websites efficiently? They should, with the league this old, now be run brilliantly, but I'd settle for bare competence. Fans here wanting to see MLS players, preseason games, pro soccer of any sort, come bloody on and give it to us...but, no, it's like Garber and the boneheads who put 80 percent of the league's teams into the MLS playoffs have their sights set on American soccer failure not success, or at least have their sights set on delaying the growth of American soccer for as long as possible (so as not to pull $$ off NFL, etc?). Hoping I am wrong, MLS is correcting course, and Garber's business genius is not of the illusory WMD sort,
