Full time. Three points earned at home.

Sounded like it should have been a 3-1 or 4-1 scoreline but three points is three points.

Excellent!

I was singing "I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles" to my 1-year old because I thought it was cute and my wife told me to quit because the song is depressing.

The top two are looking increasingly remote, but we are in easy striking distance of the third spot.

I think we can make up the 9 points, just need a magical run, plus the teams above have to hit a bad patch.

DIVORCE HER!!!!!

Fully deserved the win, in difficult windy and wet conditions. 2 goals from corners, which is almost unbelievable. Rotherham came and made it hard for us (like almost every team has this season)
Pollitt made a good save at the feet of Connolly while at 0-0, but it wasnt long until we took the lead with Deano heading in from 6 yards or so from a corner.

They equalised and it was a case of 'oh no not again' but unlike many other games this season we managed to break them down and get a winner.
To be honest, depsite the Millers being difficult to break down, they never offered much attack wise. Dailly redeemed himself with some of the booboys by scoring the winner with a diving header after good work from Etherington to force a corner. Previously Dailly had a couple of wayward shots from 30 yards out that ended up nearer Charltons goals than those at Upton Park!!!!

Reo-Coker was unlike in the dying minutes, a lovely little chip over the keep looked goalbound until it hit the post and bounced out, not to worry we thought as Connolly and Deano were charging in unmarked, but somehow, and I do not know how the ball evaded them both and bounced to safety.

So, the customary nervous last few minutes were played out, with Rotherham not threatening much.
Overall fully deserving of the points, despite it not being the spanking we all hoped.
