That was the first full match I have seen on tv showing Hoffenheim at their new stadium.
There was something that seemed to stand out in my mind which was very odd. I might have been mistaken as obviously the view of the crowd was only for a quick second.
I could swear I saw people wearing Munich red jerseys mixed in with Blue of Hoffenheim. Now, I am used to away and home fans mixed together at American sports games but not Euro football due to obvious reasons.
Don't they block the away fans in a specific section at the new stadium? Just curious. I would think you would want to keep those Munich animals in a specific area.:p

Well, Bayern have the most fans in Germany. It is actually not so odd. I think some of the Hoffenheim fans with 'Dauerkarten' (permanent tickets for every home game) gave their card to Bayern fans or they were joined by Bayern fans.
When it is Hertha Berlin vs. Bayern you will not be surprised to see about 35.000 Bayern fans (from Berlin and the region) to make the Olympia stadium a sell-out stadium.

Was that the revenge for the unlucky last-minute defeat in Munich? ;)
There was nothing unlucky that game.

that isn't what I was saying. I know most away fans are kept to themselves to prevent trouble in most stadiums. It is more American like sports where you see both sides mixed in together in same sections.

Plus, I would be pissed off if I was a hoffenheim season ticket fan sitting next to a Bayern fan that only had that ticket due to a fellow season ticket holder giving his ticket up to the enemy.

Aeh ? Forget it. Never mind. To be fair Hoffenheim was the only side Bayern gave everything for the full 93 minutes.
Maicosuel is close to us. Hoffenheim officals will finish the deal mid week.

true and not true as that won't be always the case unless you can prove you can at least make the Europa tournament on a regular basis as look at Manchester City in the EPL, they have tons of money to spend but people are hesitating to come there at the moment.
You misunderstood me the same way berloha did.
I meant that since Hoffenheim has lots of money, the idiots in the media will link them with every player who has a pulse to "fatten" up their news stories.

If you're a Bayern fan, it wasn't. For you, it was extremely LUCKY!
And if you can sit there and honestly tell yourself that Bayern victory over Hoffenheim at the AA wasn't lucky, I don't know what to say for you.
Even the "see everything red" Bayern fanatics down here in the Bavarian Alps concede that victory was a "lucky" one......

You see plenty of that here. It is just that on TV, they only tend to show you the ends where the "fanatics" of each team are.
If you could see around each stadium, you would see plenty of fans of opposite sides mixed together.

Very interesting to hear! I don't see any problems with that although as an away fan, I would prefer to be amongst my friends.
It is nice though to know that both sides can be cordial around each other. I know I wouldn't want that if I visited Rome as it seems many away fan's supporters aren't getting treated quite nicely.:(

Lucky would be if Hoffenheim had 15 shots on target and if 10 of them had hit the woodwork, no such thing happened. It was a regular old scoreline/game. The game was being fought by both sides, Hoffenheim defended well but broke down in an instant because of a legitimate goal.
No offense, but If the same thing happened to Dortmund you would be saying 'Well, thats football"

That's funny. You say "no offense" and then go on to offend me.
That's all right. Not the first time it's happened and won't be the last.
However, if you knew me at all, you would get how stupid your comment above is.
Go ask the guys at the Bayern Sub-Forum if I don't hold my team to same standard I hold everyone else to.
Ask DF, FR, BayernWake, Cris09 and some others. Hell, Vfbstuttgartfan will tell you the same thing.
As a matter of fact, they'll probably tell you I'm HARDER on Dortmund.
Hell, if Dortmund got that lucky, and we have quite a few times this season, I would have not only called it that, but torn them a new asshole for not getting the job done beforehand with chances they had before.
So dude, please don't make assumptions about me. I'm really not your typical fan and you obviously don't know me.

IMScouting confirms Maicosuel deal. SkySports says that Prince Tagoe is also coming to us ! He is already in Hoffenheim, taking part of the training.
Today, is it him ?

Great news, Tagoe is a talented player who deserved to be in Europe already, i think he will be one of those signing who dont make much noise but will have a great season and become one of the best signings! hopefully he continues to shine in Germany :)

Against Schalke out:
Salihovic ( yellow ban)
Obasi (injured)
Doubts:
Demba Ba
Wellington
Nillson
Great , if they can't play we have no strikers again. All eyes on 17years old Terrazzino.
