What films scheduled for release in 2004 are you LEAST looking forward to?

The Perfect Score
50 First Dates
Against the Ropes (Meg Ryan as a boxing manager???)
Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights
Scooby Do 2
Walking Tall (remake of the 70s flick with “The Rock.” Ugh)
The Whole Ten Yards (really?)
Spider Man 2
The Notebook (God, another Nicholas Sparks inspired movie)
Alien v Predator (moronic idea, and it’s helmed by the guy who did Resident Evil and Mortal Kombat…I’m assuming they were as bad as they sound.)
Anacondas: Hunt for Black Orchid

That Teenage Drama Queen thing looks really bad.

Anybody notice that all the previews seem to be remakes of old movies or tv series made into movies?

That is the first trailer that ever made me yell at the screen. God that looks bad.

I heard everyone involved in that movie had to sell their souls to the devil to get their checks, or sleep with Robert Evans can't remember which.

Aw, come on. It has the potential of becoming the greatest remake of Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo, ever.

I hope your not friends with them anymore....

Also, I hope this doesn't start a new movie fad by doing somewhat respectable numbers.....remember the ass that followed up Breakin' (not that breakin didn't suck but, it made money)?? As Skip already mentioned we had to live through the sequel.....I also remember 'Fast Forward'...which was a mess from beginning to end...didn't stop me from wtching it on cable though, gave me something to laugh at....

well, if you read the well-done comic book series Dark Horse Comics did during the 90s, you could see the potential of the movie. I hope the people making the movie have read it and use that as the basis for the story...

I'd see it if she was the sparring partner for an aspiring, and particularly vicious, heavyweight contender.

The only thing I have to go on are the trailers, but boy does Jersey Girl (http://www.apple.com/trailers/miramax/jersey_girl/large.html) look like it's going to suck really, really badly. On the plus side, Jennifer Lopez dies something like ten minutes into the film.

I saw an ad for an Owen Wilson-Ben Stiller movie version of Starsky and Hutch. I actually had to convince myself that it was serious. Unfortunately I succeeded. Oh well. As long as it gets Wes Anderson movies financed .....

As long as it gets Wes Anderson movies financed ..... It's certainly not "go to cinema" quality, or doesn't look like it, but it'd be worth a flick on TV... Stiller and Wilson (who I have been converted to liking in recent months) bounce SO well off each other.
