Update: Jo appears to be on his way to a season-long loan to Everton according to the London Telegrapgh.
Analysis: The £19 million acquisition in the summer has not panned out, and has not featured for City since January 3. Everton are incredibly banged up at striker and at the very least could use Jo until Louis Saha and Ayegbeni Yakubu return.
