This is what I received from the AO after I purchased my tickets.
Well hello!
If you are receiving this email, and you are, then we have a ticket order from you for the upcoming US game against Mexico. Here are a few questions for you to think about, and perhaps talk over at the company water cooler:


1-Do you want your tickets shipped to you, or do you want to have me hand them to you in Columbus? If you would like to pick them up at the night before party, at the tailgate, or at will call within an hour of kickoff, please respond to this email, and tell me so. If you would like them shipped to you, do nothing. We are planning to ship your tickets to you unless we hear differently, but we strongly encourage you to pick them up from us at the game events. This way, there is no chance they will get lost in the mail.

2-If you are having your tickets shipped, is your Paypal shipping address the correct address where you want them shipped? IF not, respond to this email with the address you want them shipped to. If your paypal address is correct, do nothing.

3-Do you have another email address (other than this one) where you would like to receive emails like this? If so, respond and give me your other email address. If this email is okay, then do nothing.

4-Do you have any other questions? You can respond to this email with any questions you may have.


Some other pertinent information. US Soccer has said they will ship the tickets to me via 2day air. If they get everything to me according to schedule, those of you who are having your tickets shipped should get them in the mail by January 30th. That is as exact as we can get at this point. We will have the party and tailgate info up on the website shortly, please keep checking back.

If you didn't let us know if you wanted to pick your tickets up at the game, we will be mailing them out, so don't worry.

As for when. As soon as US soccer gets them to us, they will be mailed out the same day or next day. We will announce when that is.
