El delantero de la selección Sub-23 de Bolivia y de los Tecos de México, José Alfredo Castillo, no se mostró muy animado sobre la posibilidad de jugar por el Bolívar de La Paz en la Copa Libertadores de América de este año.

Tecos appears to be ready to send a letter of protest to FIFA because the Honduran F.A. had him play for 45 minutes in the match vs. Colombia after UAG doctors told the club that he had a muscle injury and recommended that he not play for a couple of weeks.

For those who missed the match, Castillo scored all three goals for Bolivar in their 3-1 upset over Boca Juniors in Copa Libertadores action on Wednesday.

The Tecos directiva are so stupid, i cant believe they let go of Castillo. Abreu is good but he is waay past his prime IMO. Hopefully Castillo gains interest from some team in Europe, i wouldnt go back to Tecos if i was him.

Didn't see it, I've been stuck at work all day. He better not have punched J.P. Rodriguez, he is a living Tecos legend and won't stand for that crap.

Leano's got his back. He's not even afraid of referees.

No, it was not J.P. It was some other guy(who's name escapes me right now), but in any case, Marioni is running behind him, and as he goes by he punched the guy in the back of the head/neck; the guy went down and had to be sub'd out. It looked seriuos, they even had to put a neck brace on him.
On a side note. when the Tecos side saw the guy go down, they reced into the field without the ref's permission, so Hugo Sanches complained to the fourth official that the tecos coach had to be trown out, because he is responsible for the bench. So the referee did just that, but in the process he also sent Sanchez out for complaining too much.

The shirt looks nice, good to see that you don't still have the ocho calumnias slapped on there. :p

It was Said Godinez that got punched by Marioni I think.

Yeah, I wasn't too fond of Ocho Columnas either, also because that newspaper sucks ass.

I liked the Telcel logo because it was just another demonstration of the most important thing I learned in Mexico the first time I was there:

Todo Mexico es territorio Telcel.

Tecos 3-3 America

A decent result.

To come back from 2-0 down on the road in Azteca is good.

Now to take it back home and hand Atlante their first loss.

Tecos has a really good team. It was a miracle that America tied. I think they will beat Atlante.

That guy could easily pass as Mexican.

That guy could easily pass as Mexican.

That's what I was thinking.

But you can't argue with 2 goals in his first 2 games in the league.

Could he be the missing piece to a Tecos title run?
